3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, the client agrees to:
Account Access
Provide adequate access to advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and other platforms necessary for service execution.
Accurate Information
Provide complete and accurate information about the business, products/services, target audience, and marketing objectives.
Budget Approvals
Approve advertising budgets and any significant campaign changes before implementation.
Timely Feedback
Respond promptly to feedback or approval requests to avoid delays in campaign implementation.
Legal Compliance
Ensure that the products/services being promoted comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.
4. Our Responsibilities
REVERT MKT S.R.L commits to:
Manage advertising campaigns with professionalism and diligence
Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize performance
Provide regular reports on campaign performance
Proactively communicate about changes or recommendations
Maintain confidentiality of client information
Comply with all advertising platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
5. Payment Terms
Fees and payment terms are established individually for each client through a separate contract. Generally:
- Service fees are agreed in writing before starting the collaboration
- Advertising budget (for Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is separate from the management fee
- Invoices are issued according to the terms established in the contract
- Payment is due within the period specified on the invoice
- Late payment may result in suspension of services
- For certain services, we offer performance-based payment models (commission on results)
Note: Complete payment details are specified in the individual contract with each client.
6. Intellectual Property
During the collaboration:
Client's Property
The client retains all rights to materials provided (logo, images, texts, etc.) and to data in advertising accounts.
REVERT MKT's Property
Methodologies, processes, and tools developed by REVERT MKT remain our property. Strategies and reports created for the client become their property after full payment.
Third-Party Licenses
Use of third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
REVERT MKT S.R.L shall not be liable for:
- Changes to policies or algorithms of advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
- Results below expectations caused by external factors (competition, seasonality, economic conditions)
- Suspension of advertising accounts due to client policy violations
- Indirect, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client for services in the last 3 months.
8. Termination
The collaboration may be terminated under the following conditions:
By Notice
Either party may terminate the collaboration with 30 days' notice (or as per contract terms).
For Breach
Either party may terminate immediately in case of serious breach of contractual terms.
Upon termination of the collaboration, we will transfer complete access to advertising accounts to the client and provide all relevant reports and data.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be settled amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Romania.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information received during the collaboration. This obligation remains in effect even after the collaboration ends.

12. Changes to Terms
